Want to get stronger this winter without getting injured? These community sessions are for you! 

 

Join us on Wednesday mornings for a general strength conditioning and mobility session. Stay motivated this winter by training with others and getting your workout in to start your day!

 

Don’t be intimidated. Coached by Matt Lucas, one of the Bow valley’s leading coaches and climbers, these sessions will be designed with tons of modifications and progressions so that they are accesible to all ability levels of climbers. They will be aimed at developing and maintaining strengths specific to climbing, while preventing injury throughout the gym season. There will be an aspect of mobility and stretching integrated into each session to add functional movements into your routine and keep you body injury free.

 

These sessions will not include climbing, and instead will be facilitated using the fitness equipment at the back of the gym.

This workshop welcomes everyone age 13+ who wants to add regular or occasional conditioning and mobility training to benefit their climbing and prevent injuries.

The workshop takes place every Wednesday morning, 7:30 to 8:30 AM. The program is $12 and includes your day pass. Pre-register here to save your spot.

Sessions are $12 each, or buy a “Conditioning & Mobility 10 Punch pass” for $100. Facility entrance is included with your session!
