Terms and Conditions
- Your membership includes facility access during unstaffed hours, daily 5 a.m. – 10 p.m. Learn more here.
- All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Students must show valid student ID
- Seniors (65+) must show ID and will receive 25% off
- 13 years old and up are not required to have adult supervision
- This membership begins on the date of purchase and continues indefinitely until cancelled
- Recurring memberships are billed on the first of each month.
- The first months payment will be pro-rated based on the date of purchase.
- Recurring membership may be put on hold or cancelled.
- To cancel, we require notice 2 weeks prior to the 1st day of the next month
- Recurring memberships are subject to a cancellation fee of an additional one months dues to be paid in full at the time of cancellation
- The cancellation fee will be waived 12 months after the date of activation
- To hold, 2 days notice before the end of the month is required
- Recurring memberships are subject to an $8/month hold fee
- When an EFT membership is reactivated, the entire months fees must be paid for that current month.
- A cancellation/freeze request form filled out in person at CCG OR an email to info@canmoreclimbinggym.ca stating the request for hold or cancellation with the desired start date of the change will be accepted as “notice”.
