WHO IS IT FOR, SCHEDULE & cost

Our program warmly welcomes climbers of all skill levels. While a minimum level of V3 or 5.11 is recommended, it’s not mandatory and doesn’t matter as much as commitment, receptivity to feedback, and a willingness to give your best effort. No prior competition or training experience is required, and there is no obligation to compete as part of the team.

The training season spans six months, running from November to April, and we expect team members to commit to the entire duration. For those planning long-term trips or facing injuries, we offer the flexibility to temporarily put your team membership on hold on a month-to-month basis.

Team gatherings include a two-hour practice each week, with additional off-hours practice opportunities possible on your own time with the full facility membership. Relevant training materials will be shared via a team Google Drive.

We run two practices per week and ask participants to commit to one night weekly. Practice schedule for the 2024/25 season is as follows:

Mondays, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. – coached by Zach Watson & Lotta Sandebäck

Thursdays, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. – coached by Matt Lucas & Zach Watson

The cost of the 2024/25 program is $155/month. Program fee includes full membership as well as facility access during unstaffed hours, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
