FOR MODERATE AND INTERMEDIATE CLIMBERS
Want to get stronger this winter without getting injured? These community sessions are for you!
Join us on Monday evenings for a weekly training session that focuses on building climbing specific strength to help you reach your climbing goals! Stay motivated by training with others and improve your climbing performance just in time for the season.
Coached by an experienced instructor Ben Freeman, these sessions are a hybrid between bouldering and conditioning/strength training and will focus on improving finger strength, pulling strength, core stability and more.
This workshop welcomes climbers who are interested in improving their results and want to start a regular training routine.
Climbers of all levels are welcome. A minimum climbing grade of V3 is recommended but not required. No training experience is necessary!
The sessions take place every Monday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Each class is 2 hours and the program lasts 5 weeks.

Program cost for non-members – $120
