FREE WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNERS
So what is bouldering all about?
Are you a rope climber who’s interested in adding bouldering to your routine? Maybe you’ve tried bouldering before but struggled with the technique? Or perhaps you’re looking for a new indoor sport to keep you motivated this winter? We’re here to help!
Every Monday from 5 to 6pm, we will be offering a 1-hour bouldering workshop, FREE with entrance! We will introduce or refresh the concepts of movement on the wall, proper footwork, body positioning, safe falling techniques, and more. Get personalized pointers to gain confidence in indoor bouldering.
Bouldering is an excellent addition to your climbing routine and a fantastic way to stay motivated in your training while having fun. Come by every Monday from 5 to 6pm to check it out. No need to register in advance – just drop by!
This workshop welcomes everyone age 13+ who wants an introduction or a refresher in indoor bouldering.
The workshops is best suited to those who are familiar with climbing but would like to gain more confidence in indoor bouldering – however, we welcome total newbies as well!
