FOR MODERATE AND INTERMEDIATE CLIMBERS
Want to get stronger in your climbing without getting injured?
This program is for you! Stay motivated by training with others and improve your climbing performance.
Community movement & strength sessions are 2-hour classes that run once a week for 4 weeks. They are designed to build a climbing specific movement and strength to help you reach your climbing goals!
Sessions will be focused on improving finger strength, pulling strength, core stability and more. Expect a hybrid between bouldering and conditioning/strength training.
No previous training experience is necessary. The program is coached by an experienced instructor Ben Freeman.
This workshop welcomes climbers who are interested in improving their climbing and want to gain some knowledge on how to start a regular training routine.
Climbers of all levels are welcome. A minimum climbing grade of V3 is recommended but not required. No training experience is necessary!
Join us on Sunday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
