DETAILS

Testing for climbing is offered on multiple levels and we have an arsenal of tools to measure your current state and future progress.

  • Finger strength tests evaluate the strength of a climber’s fingers, which are critical for maintaining grip on small holds and edges.
  • Endurance tests measure a climber’s ability to sustain physical effort over time, which is important for climbing longer routes. These tests provide valuable information for climbers and coaches, allowing them to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Grip strength tests measure the force a climber can generate with their hands, arms, and forearms. This type of test is important for climbing as it directly affects a climber’s ability to hold onto the rock or climbing holds. Common grip strength tests include grip strength force meter, dynamometers, hangboard tests.

Testing tools allow you to track your progress and gain valuable knowledge that can help you to choose the right training tools and tailor your training to maximize your effort.

Our Testing For Climbing services are available for climbers who are interested in measuring and tracking their progress in climbing and would like to gain training specific knowledge when choosing advanced testing.

Climbers of all levels are welcome.
